Any estimates, design consultations, design services, cabinet sales and/or remodeling services offered by MI Kitchen Design through the use of our website, “mikitchendesign.com” (the “Site”), are subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). You access our Site or request our Services by your acceptance of these Terms. If you refuse, please refrain from using our Site, Services and/or any content.
1. Overview of Services
MI Kitchen Design’s kitchen remodeling services, cabinet dealership, 3D kitchen design, kitchen organizers, kitchen countertops, kitchen sinks and cabinet hardware services are available to residential customers throughout our service area in Michigan. The information on the Site regarding services, pricing and timelines is general, with final scope, pricing and scheduling confirmed in a written estimate or contract prior to services commencing on any project.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates requested via our Site or WhatsApp or telephone are free and non-binding, until confirmed in writing.
Final costs may vary depending on the in home measurement, material type and scope of work.
Promotional offers and discounts (including limited time offers) may be subject to change or may expire without notice.
We may not accept any project which is beyond our capacity and/or service area.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use our Site for legal purposes. You may not:

Send malicious software, spam or unwanted advertising via the Site

4. Intellectual Property
The text, logos, images, photo gallery items, 3D design renderings and graphics on this Site are the property of MI Kitchen Design or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Commercial use of our intellectual property is prohibited without first written permission.
5. Payments and Deposits
Remodelling or cabinet installation projects have deposit and payment schedules, and final balance agreements, as specifically stated in your individual project contract.
All payments will be paid on terms set out in said contract.
If payment is not made by the due date, payments may be postponed and/or fees paid may be due based on the contract.
6. Project Scheduling and Delays
We do our best to get projects finished within the time frame but sometimes our work is delayed because of issues with materials, permitting, weather or things beyond our control. MI Kitchen Design cannot accept any responsibility for any delays due to factors outside of our control.
7. Warranties
Specific product and workmanship warranties (e.g. cabinet manufacturer warranties) are given independently at the time of purchase and/or installation. Our Services and Site are offered “as is” and without any warranties, express or implied, other than as expressly stated in a written warranty.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MI Kitchen Design is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that are incurred as a result of your use of the Site or our Services. The maximum amount that we will be liable for in respect of a claim in relation to our Services shall be the sum of what you paid for the project, for which the claim is made, alone.
9. Having a third party link and social media page.
Our Site may contain links to third party platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, X, YouTube, Tumblr, Vimeo, and Google Maps. The content, policies and practices of these third party sites are not covered by our responsibility.
10. Service Area
MI Kitchen Design provides services to Garden City, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Southgate, Canton, Dearborn Heights, and Dearborn, Michigan. Availability outside these areas is subject to confirmation.
11. Governing Law
The laws of the State of Michigan govern these Terms and are independent of its conflict of law rules. All disputes in relation to these Terms or our Services shall be disposed of in the state or federal courts of the State of Michigan.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at our discretion from time to time to keep them in line with the changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The new version will be available on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Any use of our Site or Services after posting of changes is deemed to be acceptance of the new Terms.
